Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccines for services to be provided
If fleas are found on a dog or cat, we will immediately take appropriate measures,
which will be charged to the owner.
Shots: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, Distemper-Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies and kittens over 4 months of age. It is the owner's responsibility to provide Elliotte's Pet Spa & Salon Inc. with updated vaccination records, coinciding with annual vet visits.
Requirements for Dogs: 4 months of age or older
